TTD Tirupati Online Booking - No cancellation policy - Feeling like cheated today !!!!

Hello Friends,

I am Rajesh. I work in Canada - Toronto and I planed my India trip visit.

I thought it will be good if I take my parents to the Tirupati so we can have Darshan and spend time togther.

I had booked Special Darshn tickets. After a week my Grand father expired. Situation changed and now we are not allowed to visit Temple for next 1.25 Month

I called TTD and they said you can not cancel Darshan tickets. I really feel like cheated. I explained them my situation but said no.

I am shocked and sad as well.

I am trying to cancel 27 June ticket on 9th June and TTD told me No cancellation policy.

I am writing this blog only to highlight the matter to the higher authorities.

Please help to change the rules. THIS IS WRONG !!

I had also paid for extra laddu and everything is non refundable !!

Feels like cheated today. Govida .. Govinda .... !!!
